Right of withdrawal
A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

Returnable products: Unopened 50ml bottles can be returned within the statutory period.

Exclusion from returns: Opened, damaged, used, altered, or not in their original packaging, 50ml bottles are excluded from returns. This also applies to bottles with visible residue or missing seals. Mystery fragrances are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal and return, as they are part of a surprise concept and cannot be individually assigned.

Samples and specimens: Samples, specimens and tester kits cannot be returned, as they are refillable and tampering cannot be ruled out.

Try It First – Additional Information: For returns, the enclosed sample must be sent back together with the unopened bottle. If the sample is missing, a deduction of €8.90 per missing sample will be applied. The Try It First service can only be used once per fragrance. If you reorder the same fragrance, you are also required to return the sample.

Shipping damage: Damage incurred during transport must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. Damaged items and their packaging must be retained, as the shipping provider requires the original packaging for inspection. A refund or replacement cannot be issued without complete documentation. Damage claims received late or without the damaged packaging may be rejected.

Returns process: Returns should be processed through our returns portal to ensure prompt and traceable handling. Returns not registered through the returns portal can still be processed, but typically take up to 3 weeks. For returns made outside the official returns process, there is no liability or reimbursement through our shipping insurance; in these cases, only the sender's transport insurance applies.

Return shipping costs: Zymba Parfums does not cover return shipping costs. A return label can be conveniently created and purchased via the returns portal. During the registration process, photos of the items being returned must be uploaded to ensure that all conditions (unopened, with sample, etc.) are met. Only properly registered and verified returns will be accepted.

Exceptions and special cases: Returns of undeliverable or unacceptable packages (e.g., due to incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect) are only possible with a processing fee of €10. Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful verification via the original payment method. Missing samples will result in a deduction of €6 per sample.

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can exercise this right via our returns portal.

Consequences of cancellation: After cancellation, we will refund all payments within 14 days, less any applicable deductions (e.g., €6 per missing sample or a €10 processing fee in special cases). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard shipping option offered, we will not refund any additional costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Only complete and properly inspected returns will be refunded. Compensation is payable if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zymba Parfums, email: info@zymba-parfums.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

Returns can only be sent to the following address: Zymba Parfums.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
