Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the shipping country, weight and volume of the ordered items.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart and during the ordering process .

Shipping duration and delivery time

Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method and destination:

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that this information is for guidance only . Delays – for example due to maintenance work, holidays or logistical constraints – are possible.

Shipment tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment .
This allows you to check the current status of your delivery online at any time.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.
Please ensure that someone is present at this address during normal delivery hours .

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notification card . With this card you can:

• arrange a new delivery attempt or

• Pick up the package at a collection point .

Uncollected shipments will be returned to us after the storage period has expired. In this case, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Loss or theft during shipping

Should your order be lost or stolen during shipping, you are obliged to fully complete the corresponding damage form of the shipping service provider (DHL) and send it to us.

This cooperation is necessary in order to make claims against the transport insurance company .
No claim for reimbursement or compensation can be made without the completed form.

If you do not fill out the form, Zymba Parfums accepts no liability for the loss, and a replacement or refund is excluded.

Returns

Returns are accepted within a certain period after receipt of the goods.
Please contact us in advance before returning a product to receive precise instructions.

The customer bears the return shipping costs , unless the item was delivered defective or the reason for the return is demonstrably attributable to Zymba Parfums .
